What was left unsaid?
Was a question left unanswered.
Hopes of being together,
A distant destination unexplored.
Revealing what was inside,
A frivolous risk unwarranted.
Feelings that blossomed,
A wondrous enigma unexpected.
Losing yourself completely,
A thoughtful chance underestimated.
Bridging the gap in between,
A futile effort unnecessary.
So many ways to say,
The one thing thats expected.
Ending in a lull,
that leaves so much to be desired.
The finality always the same.
To end up feeling unwanted.
