Eyes are the windows to the soul
Goes a saying thats common.
Two emissaries of sight-
The medium thats read easily.
The question not complicated.
How do eyes show the soul?
Are they envisioning the soul inside?
Does the soul envision what they view?
Do we read the view of the soul.
Or the soulful view from the eyes.
This soul has so many conjectures.
Connected with conscience and love.
Making what you really are the core.
Endearment of kinds that seems
to harbor the soul inside.
The terms laid out not certain.
Yet acknowledged by those seen.
These eyes is that of the voyeur
Or are they of the person seen.
The window with a key,
Thats unlocked easily.
Entering not hard but
what you see isn't expected.
A mirage of illusions,
That alludes to something yet
seem to change direction.
When the road less travelled.
seems to come a snagging halt.
Encountering the soul thats sort.
Is it true that once u see it
And hold it inside.
You become the soulmate
or is it just another chance
of actually knowing what u want.
Whatever this soul is,
Its you that maketh the soul.
Its you that anchors it strong.
The eyes a mere medium
to just act as the key
that unhinges the door.
Into a world of startling
Revelations and revealing
The deep secret
Of who you really are.
Eyes are the windows to soul.
But the soul is the one
that houses the eyes
